“Just got a Well Connect unit installed in a new home on 4/20/23 in Harrisville MI.

I have been looking into/working with Well Connect for the last two years have researched their product, visited their plant and reviewed their operation. As a Senior Quality Engineer for a big 3 auto company I have visited and reviewed many organizations over 30 years and I view Well Connect’s operation as very capable to deliver a quality product to meet the stated requirements. A key to their success is a building that is very well insulated and sealed.

The install was completed in one day. Planning and prep work was required to have the elect ,plumbing and drainage and the required permits in place before the start of installation.

I am very pleased with the product and process. The house temp is constant with very little run time with the unit.

With all that said I would give them a 5 Star Rating.”
