“I’ve had mine almost a year and love it! Used to burn wood all winter to heat my 1500sf home, I’d burn about 12 cords a year at $60 a cord (plus all the labor involved!) That’s about $720 per year. (Did I mention time and labor involved?!). This year we used ONLY the well connect to heat our home and even without the electric meter installed to get the discounted electric rate our average electric bill went up approximately $100-110 per month in the coldest months! That’s the unit AND increase time the well pump ran) AND we kept the thermostat set at 73F during the day and dropped it to 69-70F at night when I went to bed.

Our propane furnace NEVER had to kick in and we only had a fire in the stove 3 times all winter around the holidays!

Last summer we kept our house cooled to around a nice 75F ALL summer and the electrical usage was Way less than when we used our high efficiency A/C unit only on the hottest days years prior.

SOooooo, I’d call myself a Happy customer!
And NO, I don’t get paid to say that!😁

Can’t explain why a couple people complained about the unit, don’t know All their facts, But I suspect Well Connect will either figure it out OR refund their money, just because they seem to be a company that’s trying to build a reputation they can be proud of.
